Questions to consider:
According to Strengths Based Leadership, what areas are your strengths in? Which of the four are represented/covered?
If you were to take a look at the entire team, where do your strengths lay collectively (which of the four areas)?
As you consider your leadership team, where are your strengths? What are the gaps?
