Head Coach and Potentials Realized founder, Jennifer Britton, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and brings over 1500 hours of coaching work with clients. She is former global Manager and Director with Canadian and British organizations and the United Nations. As a certified performance improvement specialist she designs with organizations the most strategic approach to learning and development. Jennifer is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), and brings a solid business acumen, grounded in her former experience as a part-time Business Faculty member at the post-secondary level. Individual Executive/Corporate Coaching
Most corporate and executive coaching engagements last 6 to 9 months, and include two hours of coaching sessions per month. Sessions are typically delivered as two, one-hour sessions by phone. The coaching engagement is launched with a two hour session between the client and coach (and supervisor where appropriate). This is done in person or by phone (depending on location). A mid-point review is held with the client (and supervisor where appropriate) after 3 months (1 - 2 hours), and an end of engagement review is held when coaching is complete.
The role of the coach is to provide support, feedback, resources, and acknowledgement to help the client in their achievement of their goals. At the end of each session, the client agrees to take specific action steps to move forward before the next session

Group Coaching:
Looking for some follow-up to a recent corporate training initiative to make the learning and results stick
Group Coaching programs can be designed and delivered to enable smaller groups of staff (typically 6 - 10) meet on a regular basis to revisit the major principles and ideas of the training, and explore how these are being integrated into their work.
Group Coaching sessions can also be developed for groups of professionals who are experiencing similar events, for example:
• New promotions
• New leadership or management roles
• Onboarding to the organization
Group Coaching sessions can be held by phone or in person, and are typically scheduled for 1.5 (phone based) to 4 hours (in person) bi-weekly over a 3 to 6 month period.
